✅ Returns | الإرجاع

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من استلام طلبك.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير ملبوسة، وفي تغليفها الأصلي.

For hygiene reasons, jewelry, personal accessories, and sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may exchange for a different size or product (if available).

Exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
